Operations Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join Razor Labs and drive operational excellence across our multidisciplinary projects. This role requires a dynamic professional with experience in operations management, a solid understanding of technology processes, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in different fields and territories simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, mechanical engineering, project managers, support team and R&D, both locally and internationally. Oversee procurement processes, supplier management, export and import process and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals. Create and manage Gantt charts and other methodologies to improve and track project progress and dependencies. Manage day-to-day operational activities, including back-office tasks and administrative functions as inventory management. Ensure alignment between diverse processes and departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Understand and support SaaS product deployment processes, from client requirements and integration with R&D. Develop analytical insights to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in companies combining hardware and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage several projects and their interdependencies simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving and can do approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- High availability and flexibility in workdays and hours are required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate dynamic and complex environments.
- Experience with project-based work and familiarity with the product lifecycle, including client requirements and collaboration with R&D.
