Hardware Project Manager

About The Position


Razor Labs is seeking an experienced and driven internal Hardware Project Manager to take full ownership of the company’s hardware operations. This position is pivotal in managing the end-to-end execution of hardware projects, working with integrators, consultants, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation across global sites.

This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong project management capabilities, a technical mindset, and a deep understanding of hardware systems in industrial environments. 

Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all hardware-related projects from planning to implementation and post-deployment support. Manage relationships with third-party integrators, consultants, and vendors involved in hardware deployment .Collaborate closely with internal technical teams (software, Algorithms, Operations) to align system architecture and integration plans. Coordinate procurement, logistics, and installation of equipment in the field. Develop and maintain project plans, technical documentation, and installation procedures. Monitor and report on progress, identify risks, and deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Define and enforce hardware best practices, tools, and safety standards across projects.



Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management with a focus on hardware
  • Proven experience in leading hardware development or deployment projects 
  • Manage hardware development lifecycle from concept to release, including prototyping, testing, and production ramp-up.
  • Strong technical background in hardware systems (Board design , PLC, firmware, sensors, communications protocols including :LTE, WIFI, can bus, servo and automations) field integration, and infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience managing external vendors and integrators
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Advantages:

  • Knowledge of sensor technologies.
  • Previous experience in startups or fast-paced technology environments
  • Familiarity with PLCs, edge devices, and industrial communication protocols
