Algorithms Team Leader
About The Position
Razor Labs is seeking an experienced Algorithms Team Leader to manage team of Data Scientists And Algorithms developer from Classic fields, providing technical guidance and professional direction, and leading projects . As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a productive and supportive work environment, ensuring the technical success of projects, Hands on development and mentoring team members to achieve their highest potential.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Signal Processing and data science.
- At least 3 years of experience in Python programming.
- MSc in Electrical Engineering/Software Engineering/Biomedical Engineering.
- Able to break down complex problems, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently, maintaining high quality and adhering to reasonable timelines.
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and passionate about learning
