Our impact is already visible across global mining sites. For example, at a coal mining site in Africa, DataMind AI™ identified increased friction in a pump bearing – an issue traditional methods had missed. This early detection prevented six hours of unplanned downtime and saved the operation approximately $195,000.
In another case, at an iron ore site in South Australia, the system detected early gearbox damage in a Ball Mill. The platform issued a critical alert, prompting timely gearbox replacement. This intervention helped avoid eight hours of downtime, prevented a potential safety incident, and saved an estimated $432,000.
